Returns

All of our products are made to order and Papier does not accept returns or exchanges for excess material ordered. Before ordering, please ensure to check your measurements and quantities with your installer to ensure you order the correct amount.

If you are not sure on which design to choose, we recommend you order an A4 samples of your colourways/designs you interested in prior to ordering your final material. 

The designs are manufactured in batches for confirmed orders received and there is a risk that colours might slightly vary if you order additional rolls after your original order was placed.

Exchanges (if applicable)

In the instance that you received a defective of damaged product we will replace the identical product at no charge. We must be notified of any damage or manufacturing defect within 5 business days of delivery. We do not accept exchanges on items damaged during the installation phase.
